Privacy notice
Last updated 22 September 2026
FlowParallel builds automations for businesses. This notice explains what information we receive when you use this website or message our WhatsApp business number, what we do with it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.
FlowParallel is responsible for the information described here. If you have a question about any of it, email team.flowparallel@gmail.com.
Messaging us on WhatsApp
This website has a WhatsApp button that opens a conversation with our business number, +92 310 5899124. When you send a message to that number, WhatsApp delivers it to our server so we can reply. We receive:
- Your WhatsApp phone number.
- The content of the messages you send us, and which menu options or buttons you tap.
- The identifier WhatsApp assigns to each message, which we use to avoid replying twice to the same one.
An automated assistant reads your message and replies. It uses Gemini, an AI model run by Google, through Google Cloud's Vertex AI service. Your message and the recent part of the conversation are sent to that service so the assistant can understand what you are asking and answer it. Google processes this on our behalf as our cloud provider, in the United States, and does not use it to train its models.
The assistant can only tell you about FlowParallel and automation. It has no access to any record about you beyond the conversation you are having with it, because we do not keep one.
We do not store your conversation in a database. Your recent messages are held in our server's memory for up to two hours so the assistant can follow the conversation, and they are lost when that time passes or when the server restarts.
Our number also runs in the WhatsApp Business app on a phone our team uses, so the conversation appears there as it would in any WhatsApp chat, and stays on that phone like any other WhatsApp conversation. A person from our team can read it and reply from the app. When they do, the assistant stops replying to you so that you are talking to one of us, not both.
When we connected the number, WhatsApp sent our server the contacts and earlier conversations saved in that app. Our server counted them to confirm the connection worked and did not keep them.
When you ask to speak to a person
If you ask to talk to someone, the assistant tells you our team will get in touch, and our server sends our team an email so that can actually happen. That email contains your WhatsApp number and the conversation up to that point. It goes to the personal email accounts of the people who run FlowParallel, and one of us then replies to you on WhatsApp.
Apart from the WhatsApp app itself, this email is the only place your conversation is written down. It stays in our mailboxes until we delete it.
The enquiry form on this website
If you send an enquiry through the form on this website, we receive the name, email address and description of the task you enter. We use it to reply to you about a free automation audit and nothing else. It is sent to us by email, and we send you a confirmation email at the address you gave.
Information our servers record
Our servers keep technical logs so we can tell whether the service is working. These record the time of a request, which reply the assistant chose, and identifiers for the messages involved. They do not contain the content of your messages. Your WhatsApp number appears in a log entry only at the moment a handover email is sent. Logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.
This website itself
The website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind. Nothing is stored in your browser, and we do not build a profile of visitors. The interactive workflow example on the home page runs entirely in your browser using fictional information, and contacts nothing.
Companies that process information for us
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. Two companies handle it on our behalf:
- Google LLC. Our servers run on Google Cloud in the United States, and our website is served from Google Cloud Storage. The assistant that answers you on WhatsApp runs on Google Cloud's Vertex AI, which is where your messages are processed to work out a reply. Our email, including the handover email described above, is sent and stored through Gmail.
- Meta Platforms. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and your messages reach us through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta's own handling of WhatsApp messages is covered by the WhatsApp privacy policy.
We may also share information where the law requires it. We have never received a request from a public authority for anyone's information.
How long we keep things
- WhatsApp conversations in memory: up to two hours, then gone.
- The chat in our WhatsApp Business app: on our team's phone until we delete it.
- Handover and enquiry emails: in our mailboxes until we delete them.
- Server logs: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
Asking us to delete your information
Email team.flowparallel@gmail.com from the address you contacted us from, or tell us the WhatsApp number you messaged us from, and ask us to delete your information. We will delete the emails that contain it and the chat in our WhatsApp Business app, and confirm when it is done. There is nothing else for us to delete, because we hold no database of conversations.
You can also ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Deleting the chat on your own phone removes your copy, but not ours, so please do email us if you want ours removed too.
Children
This service is for businesses. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. The date above reflects the current version.
