Your WhatsApp, answered day and night.

Keep the WhatsApp Business app on your phone, on the same number. We connect that number to an assistant that replies to your customers at any hour. You can step into any conversation from your phone, and the assistant goes quiet for that customer as soon as you reply.

We are a Meta Tech Provider. We connect your number to WhatsApp ourselves, with no reseller in between. Meta calls this way of using the app and an assistant together coexistence.

An example conversation with a fictional customer and business.

Three steps to switch it on.

You talk to the two people who build it at every step. Nothing goes live until you have seen it answer your own questions.

  1. We learn your business

We talk through what customers ask you, what you sell, and which questions you would rather answer yourself.

  2. You connect your number

We send you one private link. You open it and scan a code with your phone. It takes a few minutes and your number stays on the app.

  3. We test it with you, then switch it on

We write the assistant’s answers, test them with you until they sound right, and only then turn it on for your customers.

What stays the same, and what changes.

Your number does not move anywhere. You keep the app you already use, and a few features work differently once the assistant is connected.

Stays the same

  • Your number stays on your phoneThe same number keeps working in the WhatsApp Business app, as it does today.
  • You see every conversationMessages from customers and the assistant’s replies all show up in the app.
  • Linked devices keep workingOther devices you have linked carry on, except WhatsApp for Windows and Wear OS watches.

Changes

  • The assistant replies at any hourWhen you reply from your phone, it goes quiet for that customer.
  • Broadcast lists stop workingYou can no longer send messages to a broadcast list from the app.
  • Group chats do not syncYour groups carry on in the app, but they are not shared with the assistant.
Before you start

You need the WhatsApp Business app, version 2.24.17 or later. If yours is older, update it from your app store first.

What WhatsApp charges.

WhatsApp charges for some messages, separately from us. This is how it works under WhatsApp’s pricing from 1 October 2026.

Customers messaging you

Free

Customers can message your number as often as they like.

Replies you type on your phone

Free

Anything you send yourself from the app costs nothing.

Replies from the assistant

First 1,000 a month free

That is per number, each month. After that, WhatsApp charges for each message at its rate for your customer’s country.

WhatsApp bills you directly, not us

You add a payment method in Meta’s Billing Hub. Without one, WhatsApp stops delivering the assistant’s replies after the first 1,000 in a month.

What we charge

There is no price list. We quote after a free audit.

WhatsApp sets these charges and can change them.

See if an assistant suits your business.

Tell us how customers reach you today. In a free audit we look at the questions you answer most, which ones an assistant could handle, and which ones should stay with you. We quote after a free audit.
